Our enthusiasm for discovery and the fine art of winemaking is unending. Here we’ll offer you one selected wine per day (DEAL OF THE DAY) until it sells out (which most often happens in mere hours, so you better be quick to order) and promptly ship it out to your doorstep. We promise to always offer the best possible prices out there (40%-70% off retail).

FAQ

Vintastic is better with friends and family! You earn credits by inviting your friends to create a Vintastic account to receive offers. When the friend uses your referral invitation to create their account, they receive a $25 credit to use on their first order. And you will receive a $25 credit when they place their first order.

Vintastic is meant to be shared! However, we allow just one referral invitation credit per household. Multiple accounts opened with different names and the same address or under different names with the same credit card will ultimately be canceled and blocked from future orders. Vintastic reserves the sole right to determine if abuse has occurred.

We love customer questions! Please send us an email and we’ll respond within 1 business day. While we do not offer phone support and do not have a storefront to visit or pick up from, rest assured we do have real people manning our email, creating our offers, and looking for the next Vintastic deal for our customers!

Generally speaking, our inventory is limited to what we have on hand at the time of the offer and, like all good things, once it’s gone it’s gone. However, from time to time someone may cancel an order so feel free to email us in case additional quantity opens up.

Vintastic offers payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You can also checkout with PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept any other form of payment at this time.

We stand behind every bottle we sell and guarantee the provenance of the wines we offer. Please refer to our  Terms & Conditions for our complete return policy. Please note we do not accept returns of bottles with temperature related damage. See also “What happens if it’s too hot to ship wine?” for additional information.

Your order will ship in 1 to 2 business days and will arrive at your shipping address on a business day (Monday – Friday). We do not ship on weekends or on operational or carrier holidays. During the summer months or periods of extreme heat or cold, we will hold your shipment until conditions improve and are more safe for wine shipping.

Yes we do! The minimum purchase for free Ground shipping varies from offer to offer. Check the offer page for details and add the minimum to your cart for free Ground shipping. This applies to shipments in the contiguous 48 states only. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded.

In addition to Ground shipping (free for minimum orders), we also offer 2nd Day Air. Simply select this option at checkout if you would like to receive your order more quickly.

In the summer months or periods of extreme heat or cold, we will hold your order from shipment until conditions improve and are more safe for wine shipping. If you absolutely insist on shipping during the heat and do not wish us to hold your wine, please send us an email and we will ship it according to the method you selected during checkout. 

Please understand that shipping against our recommendation is at your own risk. Vintastic will not be held responsible for any temperature related damage, “cooked” wine, bulging corks, etc. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for complete information.

Yes we do – insurance is included in the price and covers loss, theft, or carrier related damage that may occur after your shipment leaves our warehouse. Please see our Terms & Conditions for additional information.
